1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing WeaponWallStreet.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and all other policies posted on the website.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not place an order.
2. United States Sales Only
Online retail sales through WeaponWallStreet.com are available only for lawful transactions within the United States.
Weapon Wall Street LLC does not offer international shipping through its online retail checkout.
Orders must be shipped to an eligible physical address within the United States or, when required by law or company policy, to an appropriately licensed Federal Firearms Licensee ("FFL").
3. Legal Compliance
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the purchase, possession, transfer, ownership, and use of products ordered from Weapon Wall Street LLC.
Weapon Wall Street LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or place on hold any order that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law, regulation, company policy, or payment-processing requirements.
Products will not be knowingly shipped into a jurisdiction in which their sale, possession, or delivery is prohibited.
4. Age Requirements
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered.
Certain products may be subject to additional age, licensing, identification, transfer, or eligibility requirements.
5. Firearms and FFL-Regulated Items
Any firearm or other product requiring transfer through a Federal Firearms Licensee will be shipped only to an appropriate and verified FFL.
The customer is responsible for selecting a receiving FFL and ensuring that the dealer is willing and legally able to receive and transfer the ordered product.
Regulated merchandise will not be released for shipment until all required documentation has been received and verified.
The receiving dealer may charge transfer fees or impose additional requirements. These charges are separate from the amount paid to Weapon Wall Street LLC and are the customer's responsibility.
6. Order Verification
Weapon Wall Street LLC may require additional verification before accepting or shipping an order.
Verification may include confirmation of billing information, shipping information, identity, age, FFL information, payment authorization, or other information reasonably necessary to prevent fraud and maintain legal compliance.
Orders may be delayed or canceled if requested information cannot be verified.
7. Payment
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully authorized and the order has been reviewed by Weapon Wall Street LLC.
A payment authorization or automated order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of an order.
8. Pricing and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Weapon Wall Street LLC reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other inaccurate information.
If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer with the corrected information or cancel and refund the affected order.
9. Order Cancellation
Customers should contact us as quickly as possible if an order needs to be canceled.
Orders that have already entered processing, been transferred to a carrier, been specially ordered, or involve regulated merchandise may not be eligible for cancellation.
Weapon Wall Street LLC reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, inventory availability, payment verification, or other legitimate business reasons.
If Weapon Wall Street LLC cancels a paid order before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
10. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy.
Shipping charges displayed during checkout are based on the products ordered, delivery location, carrier requirements, and available shipping method.
Certain products may require an adult signature or other delivery controls.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Customers should review that policy before placing an order.
12. Product Condition
Certain products sold by Weapon Wall Street LLC may be military surplus, previously issued, used, demilitarized, refinished, stored for extended periods, or otherwise exhibit normal wear associated with their age and history.
Unless expressly described otherwise, cosmetic variations, storage marks, finish wear, grease, minor surface corrosion, or other characteristics consistent with the advertised condition are not necessarily defects.
Product photographs may be representative when multiple substantially similar surplus items are available.
13. Modification of Products
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any installation, modification, repair, assembly, or use of a product is performed lawfully and safely.
Modification, installation, test-fitting, machining, grinding, drilling, cutting, welding, refinishing, or other alteration of a product may make the product ineligible for return.
14. Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions
Weapon Wall Street LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions and to request additional verification before shipment.
Orders associated with suspected fraud, unauthorized payment methods, false information, or attempted circumvention of legal restrictions may be canceled.
15. Website Information
Information provided on WeaponWallStreet.com is intended for general informational and commercial purposes and should not be interpreted as legal advice.
Laws and regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. Customers are responsible for confirming the legality of products within their jurisdiction.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Weapon Wall Street LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, installation, modification, or use of products sold through the website.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
